2026 Men's Think Tank Retreat

Our primary goal is to help churches bridge the gap between young men (ages 18–40) and our senior members. We aim to foster an organic, authentic atmosphere where young men feel seen, heard, respected, and valued—encouraging them to take active ownership of their faith community. This requires building trust and intentionality from our senior members over time.

Because there are many ways to achieve this, the Men's Think Tank will bring together a mixture of generations to listen to the honest perspectives of our younger men. We want to hear their thoughts on the current state of the church, what is working, and their vision for the future. We are praying for a safe environment where these young men feel comfortable speaking candidly.

We ask that Men's Departments prayerfully consider sponsoring two young men to attend. Sponsoring a pair allows them to room together and attend the conference with someone they can relate to, which we hope will contribute to a relaxed and secure experience.

The Think Tank session will last approximately 3 1/2 hours. Notes will be taken and shared with all Pastors and Men’s Leaders to help them implement these ideas into their respective programs.

We look forward to a productive session and plan to conclude by selecting a date and location for next year's event.
